Izu Experiences Japan (izuexperience.com, Instagram @izu_experience_japan) is a travel information service for visitors to the Izu Peninsula, operated by Mog LLC.
We do not sell personal data. We do not use message content for advertising.
Some replies on Instagram are sent automatically (for example, when you comment or message a keyword such as "PLAN" or "PASS"). Automated messages are labelled by the platform where required. A member of our team reviews conversations that need a personal answer.
We share data only with service providers that help us operate (Meta Platforms, Google, Cloudflare, ManyChat) and, with your consent, with a licensed local tour partner for private tours. These providers process data under their own privacy policies.
Conversation data is kept as long as needed to help with your trip and for our records, and no longer than 2 years after the last message. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see below), and we will do so within 30 days. Data deletion requests related to our Instagram integration can be sent to the same contact.
